North Ridge Boat Storage

North Ridge is offering the opportunity for immediate usage of the North Ridge boat ramp. To accept this offer you must:

Sign a 12-month boat storage contract. The terms of that contract generally require:

a.	$135.00 monthly when storage begins;
b.	Monthly storage fee is subject to adjustment each July 1;
c.	If the fee is paid on an annual basis, it will be discounted 7%;
d.	All contracts terminate for renewal each July 1.

The first month's rent and deposit will be due in 5 days. If not paid timely, the ramp license will be cancelled.

North Ridge Boat Ramp is restricted to private use only. Those who accept this offer will be issued a permit for immediate use of the ramp. Tenants at the storage facility will be issued permits extending the life of the lease.

Storage units are located on North Ridge entrance road. Entrance road turn off is 1/10th mile North of Sam Wahl Recreation Center. Storage units have full pavement access. Each storage unit is 12' x 30' in depth, with a roll up door, 10' wide x 8' high. Each storage unit is furnished with one light and one 120-volt duplex plug-in for battery chargers only.
